I can barely believe it myself, but somehow I managed to write a book! It’s called From Wasteland to Wonder. It’s going to save you time, and it’s going to help heal Earth!

Here is the premise: The way we manage the sub/urban space is transforming it into a wasteland. We pave over forests, and we use giant machines to scrape away healthy soil. We are turning thriving grasslands into dead lawns, and we repeatedly soak the land in toxic chemicals that kill life. There is little food for the birds, butterflies, and bees that need it. All of this is expensive and time intensive, and it’s adding carbon dioxide to the atmosphere.

In my book, I will teach you how to work with natural systems instead of against them. I will teach you how to boost populations of native trees, flowers, and grasses and how to transform lifeless dirt back into healthy soil. You will learn how to support an outrageous diversity of life. All of this reduces carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, and these are easy things anybody can do!

When we work WITH natural systems, we save time and we save money because it’s easier.
